I ship all orders within 1-3 business days, excluding holidays.

International shipping is not available at this time. 

If your order arrives damaged or has any issues, please email me at peridotandpoppyjewelry@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a picture of the item, and the packaging so I can help make it right. 

Returns and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is important to me! If for any reason you are not 100% happy with your purchase, please email me within 14 days of purchase to discuss your options for return or exchange.  

Purchases over 30 days are non-refundable.

Clearance, sale items discounted over 20%, and custom order pieces are non-refundable.

Please note that natural gemstones may vary in color, pattern, and inclusions. These unique characteristics are part of their beauty and are not considered defects.
